Service Description
This class is suitable for complete beginners Build Strength Improve Flexibility Decompression of the Spine - May help relieve back pain Strengthen the Core Improve Confidence and of course it's great fun! During each class you will be offered the chance to do basic inversions (hang upside down). There are a few health contraindications for you to consider - inversions are not recommended if you are pregnant, have high or very low blood pressure, history or risk of stroke, heart disease, brain injury, vertigo, glaucoma, motion or car sickness. Also please let Tania know if you have any other injuries or health concerns before booking if you can, or if not before class starts.
