Our practice includes breathwork, postures and flows and ends with a blissful floating relaxation with the added benefit of the support of a soft silk Aerial Yoga Hammock. As with all Tania's classes each person is encouraged to honour their inner guidance. You will be helped & supported to adapt the practice to suit your needs & abilities. Beginners are always welcome to join our classes. Tania will ensure that you feel supported during your practice. However, if you prefer you can always book into to one of our Beginner Friendly Weekend Aerial Workshops.
