Yoga Wheel TT Workshop

You are invited to join me for a FREE Online Yoga Wheel Workshop as an introduction to our Yoga Wheel Foundation Teacher Training.

We will begin with a brief discussion as to the benefits to you and your students of practicing using the Yoga Wheel.

You will then be invited to join me for a full 1 hour Yoga Wheel Class designed specifically to improve mobility, stability and posture in the spine. After which you will have the option to ask any questions you might have regarding the training course.

If appropriate you may be offered a place on our upcoming teacher training course at a special discounted price.
